Our field teams support the large network of Monsoon Accessorize branches we have across the UK and Ireland. Field roles are perfect for those of you who love to be out on the road, in the thick of it in our branches and who are truly flexible in your approach. They present a perfect opportunity to develop your experience in a multi-site environment offering you a diverse and ever changing working environment.

There are a number of opportunities within our field teams, here's a taster of some of the field roles available within our business.

Area management

Our area managers are responsible for maximising the sales and profit of a number of branches within a dedicated geographical area. They ensure our branch teams have everything they need in terms of product, people and support, helping them to deliver their financial targets and individual objectives; as well as the fantastic shopping experience for which we are renowned.

Country management

Our country managers oversee our international franchise operations in their dedicated country. They are responsible for growing our business at both a tactical and strategic level leading the branch teams and communicating and implementing the company strategy in visual standards, stock management and customer service.

Visual Merchandising

Our field visual merchandising teams maintain and develop high standards of presentation across both Monsoon and Accessorize brands within a dedicated region of the country. They conduct commercial branch visits to promote a positive brand image through effective visual merchandising and display to ensure we maximize profits.

Field support

A number of field based roles exist within our support functions within head office such as mobile loss prevention auditors, HR business partners and property project managers.
