Welcome to the Monsoon Accessorize Talent Team!

Here at Monsoon Accessorize we are pretty proud of our Talent team!  We are a team of experienced direct recruiters who pride ourselves on searching high and low for fabulous people to join our brand.  Actually, we think we are very fortunate to work for such an iconic UK fashion retailer about to celebrate it's 40th birthday and that we are able to recruit for a huge diversity of roles across our stores, distribution centre, head office and even internationally!  It's not about "bums on seats" for us it's about making sure we totally understand the individual needs of our line managers and candidates so we can then deliver the best results for our business.  This can be hard work sometimes and there are a lot of challenges to be overcome however we believe that by being proactive, adaptable and downright persistent we can and do achieve this.
