I’ve worked with the company for nearly four years now and was promoted a year ago to a supervisory role at the distribution centre. I’d describe my role as busy and varied – I really enjoy managing and motivating my team and the logistical challenges of keeping stock moving to over 1000 stores.
The atmosphere at the distribution centre is excellent – it’s hard work but there are loads of opportunities to make suggestions and do things more efficiently. My favourite things about working here are the people I work with, everyone’s very hard working and there’s a real sense of teamwork which is great.
