I have had quite a few jobs, from cooking to warehousing. I saw an advertisement for a job at Monsoon in my local job centre. I had an induction and interview. I then joined the team and haven’t looked back since – my job as a picker means that I co-ordinate what stock goes into which deliveries, it’s a bit like shopping but on a much bigger scale!
I’ve learnt loads – from how to use a computer to working on getting all the stock out for new stores: it’s amazing how much effort goes into getting all the key items that the store teams need out at the right time.
