Lucy - HR

I’ve worked with the company for three years now - my role in HR is hugely diverse as I work across operations and employee relations. I have worked on some really interesting projects here, from supporting our business’ international growth to advising store managers on staff issues. The problem-solving part of my role is really interesting and I come into contact with so many different people in the course of my role.

I also manage a team here which is really rewarding and I enjoy the coaching part of my management role.

I’d describe our culture as open to new ideas, fun and as one that really values its people – it’s a great place to work.
