Our Digital Marketing team is growing and this is a great opportunity for a Senior Executive to join us and help to shape and develop the Digital Marketing Strategy.

You will execute and deliver commercially focused digital campaigns to drive an increase in reach of online customers and sales by implementing effective SEO, PPC, Affiliate, Display media strategies across the Monsoon & Accessorize brands.

Working with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing, Social and Trade teams, external Digital Marketing Agencies and Partners you’ll be responsible for PPC, SEO & biddable campaigns to drive traffic, maximise ROI and drive amplification of message across multiple markets (UK and International).  You will align natural and paid strategies to maximise opportunity and drive efficiencies whilst helping shape wider online campaigns and supporting on other digital channels (Paid Social, Affiliates, Display as well as Partnerships).
This role requires a strong understanding of PPC, SEO Affiliates and Display.  You’ll have knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Keyword Planner and Google Analytics.  Experience of Webmaster tools would also be beneficial. You’ll be a strategic thinker, always aware of the bigger picture when delivering at a tactical level and who is keen to be part of a fast-paced forward thinking organisation.

What will you do as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive?

  • Plan, deliver and execute strategic and tactical digital plans to drive traffic / sales within forecasted budgets
  • Annual, quarterly and monthly digital planning in-line with wider business and departments objectives
  • Identifying new digital opportunities for growth
  • Delivering new digital campaigns and partnerships across channel
  • Delivering against traffic, sales, budget and CPA targets for the your channels and campaigns
  • Traffic and Trade reporting and providing insight into performance
  • Briefing agencies on the latest campaigns and offer
  • Briefing digital creative across channel
  • Supporting Omni-Channel campaigns
  • Working closely with the other channels and business units to understand the "bigger picture"


  • PPC account management alongside our PPC agency including campaign planning and continual optimisation to maximise traffic and deliver positive ROI. 
  • Drive traffic and conversion to our websites via Organic Search
  • Develop on-going strategy alongside the agency and see it through at tactical level
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to drive KPIs
  • Implement SEO site improvements both technical and content
  • Work alongside SEO agency to continually optimise , gain links and create and launch content and blogger outreach campaigns to support SEO
  • Ensure new site categories and pages are optimised for search
  • Work with Trade team on structure of URLS and meta data in-line with best practice

Affiliates, Partnerships & Display:

  • Support the on-going development of Affiliate channel and campaigns and delivering Affiliate assets
  • Work proactively with agencies and affiliates to maximise relationships, developing and implementing initiatives to improve affiliate performance
  • Managing affiliate validations
  • Support with identifying and developing key strategies for affiliates by tier performance and type
  • Initiating new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for affiliate schemes.
  • Develop programmatic Display strategy and see it through at a tactical level
  • Work with designers in the creation of new display banners in line with weekly trade and brand campaigns
  • Analysis of programmatic Display to make changes accordingly to increase ROI and efficiency
  • Briefing and delivery of Display assets

What will you need to succeed in this role?

  • Previous experience in Digital Marketing - PPC & SEO in particular
  • Proven Display, Affiliates and Content optimisation experience
  • Strong understanding and experience in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics
  • Numerate and analytical, able to provide insights & recommendations
  • Strong project management – ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at once
  • Strategic thinker, self-motivated, driven and has initiative
  • Excellent communication and time management skills - must be able to plan time effectively and prioritise
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Fashion Retail (desirable)
  • International experience (desirable)
