What will you do as a Producer?
Shoot Production
- Produce campaign, seasonal, and social shoots from brief to delivery — including casting, locations/studio, crew, travel, and logistics.
- Build and manage shoot schedules, shot lists, and call sheets in partnership with the Creative team.
- Source and brief photographers, stylists, hair & make-up artists, models, and other freelance talent; negotiate rates and terms.
- Oversee on-set/on-location production, ensuring shoots run to time, brief, and budget, and troubleshooting issues in real time.
- Manage post-production workflow — retouching, asset QC, and delivery to the correct specs for web, email, social, and store.
Budget Management
- Own shoot and production budgets (e.g. studio, talent, crew, travel, props), tracking spend against forecast and flagging variances early.
- Build cost estimates for new campaigns and negotiate with suppliers and agencies to protect value without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date budget trackers and provide regular reporting to the Creative Lead.
- Reconcile actuals post-shoot and manage the PO/invoicing process with Finance.
Critical Path & Project Management
- Build and maintain critical paths for campaigns across all touchpoints (web, email, social, in-store, PR/press), working back from key trade dates.
- Identify dependencies and risks across concurrent campaigns, and proactively resolve bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
- Run regular status meetings, keeping trackers, task lists, and sign-off logs current and visible to the wider team.
- Ensure all assets are delivered to the right teams, in the right format, ahead of go-live dates.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key point of contact for production matters across Creative, Social, Buying & Merchandising, Trading, and Marketing.
- Brief and manage external agencies, photographers, and suppliers, ensuring they understand brand tone and commercial priorities.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with the Creative Lead and senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and budget status.
- Build strong working relationships that keep collaboration smooth under tight seasonal deadlines.
What will you need to succeed as a Producer?

- Strong track record managing production budgets and negotiating with suppliers, talent, and crew.
- Excellent organisational skills with experience running critical paths across multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable communicating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and comfortable making fast decisions on set.
- Strong knowledge of social content formats and production needs (Reels, TikTok, stills) alongside traditional campaign shoots.
- Proficient with production and project tracking tools (e.g. Excel/Sheets, Trello/Asana, shared trackers).
