What will you do as a Mid-weight Copywriter:

  • Multi-channel execution: Write and edit compelling, on-brand copy across email, social media, video scripts and customer-facing touchpoints.
  • Tone of voice guardian: Own and protect the brand’s tone of voice, ensuring consistency, clarity, character across every channel with performance in mind.
  • Smart content generation: Leverage AI to create creative variations, overcome writer’s block and build sophisticated prompts that align with brand guidelines and standards.
  • Editorial excellence: Maintain final editorial control, applying human judgment to fact-check AI outputs and ensure accuracy, quality and compliance at all times.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing channels and Creative teams to deliver campaigns that support both brand ambition and product strategy.
  • SEO & industry insight: Stay up to date with relevant industry trends and regulatory considerations, applying SEO best practices to maximise content visibility and performance.

What will you need to succeed as our Mid-weight Copywriter:

  • 3+ years copy writing experience in a retail environment.
  • Copywriting talent: Proven experience creating high-quality copy across multiple formats and channels, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
  • Customer storytelling: Skilled at translating complex internal product narratives into clear, compelling and customer-friendly stories.
  • Digital proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI copywriting tools, with a strong ability to craft effective prompts and refine outputs to meet brand standards.
  • Editorial flair: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a meticulous eye for grammar, tone of voice and stylistic consistency.
  • Research-driven: Quick to understand complex subjects, with the ability to confidently navigate social care and regulatory landscapes.
  • SEO knowledge: A solid understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practice to optimise reach and performance.
  • Adaptability: Experience working with Content as a Service (CaaS) models and structured content frameworks.
