Monsoon is a brand that is drenched in colour, craft and community. This role will play a key role in delivering this to our social media platforms and work closely with the brand teams to organise, plan and schedule the social media content.
We are looking for Social Media Planning Executive, who is passionate about building meaningful connections with our audience and creating impactful brand stories through innovative social media strategies for our brand.
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Planning Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, scheduling, and coordinating social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand goals and marketing strategies. This role requires a mix of creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong project management skills across Organic Social , PR, influencers collaboration
What will do you do as a Social Media Planning Executive?
- Develop and manage a social media content calendar across platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Work with PR agencies and influencer partnerships to deliver organic and paid content to bring new customers to the brand and new brand visibility.
- Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and marketing teams to plan engaging campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to inform content planning.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor social media platforms for engagement opportunities and feedback.
- Support influencer marketing initiatives by coordinating posting schedules and content approvals.
- Work with Head of Marketing / Management to deliver influencer partnerships and campaigns and to help land these on performance media and Organic Media.
- Work with Head of marketing and PR agencies to delivery press events and organize best in clasee creative community to help drive social organic awareness.
What will do need to succeed as a Social Media Planning Executive?
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and algorithms.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging and on-trend content.
